Any legal space on your street or driveway works. The van is self-contained, so we don’t need your power, water or bathroom.
The most common cause of a missed appointment is a cat who went out and didn’t come back in time. Shut the flap the night before.
If you think the coat might be worse than it looks, say so. We’d rather book extra time and not need it than rush your cat.
We come to you across the Westside, South Bay and the Valley. If your neighbourhood isn’t listed, ask anyway — we’ll often travel a little further for a full morning of bookings.
